TSH 2.05 mIU/L (0.27 - 4.2) 45.3%

Free T4 (fT4) 16 pmol/L (12 - 22) 40.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.5 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 37.8%

T4:T3 Ratio 3.556

Folate - Serum 14.3 ug/L (8 - 60) 12.1%

Vitamin B12 110 nmol/L (37.5 - 150) 64.4%

Vitamin D 76 nmol/L (50 - 200) 17.3%

Ferritin 57 ug/L (13 - 150) 32.1%

Slightly raised TSH which ties up with everything else being a little on the low side, aim to get B12 nearer top of range by using a B complex which will get your folate up too, Vit D 100-150 grassrootshealth.net/projec...

So you could really do with an increase in levo, how are you feeling?

Cortisol is only a little high which ties in with being a little under-replaced so a few little tweaks should help

Thank foot for looking into my results and rewriting them. I got the results via email last night while on bus and while having visitors, I had no time to write them properly in my post. So I tak appreciate your time! I deliberately didn’t take any supplements for about 3-4 weeks before those bloods to see what’s going on. I’m on 75mcg Levi but I think I’ve been taking it incorrectly recently by taking it at night time but too soon after late night snack so I know I need to get back on track with taking it properly at the same time and away from any food. I’ll be back on supplements (D, B complex and maybe magnesium) now that my house is back to normal and visitors are away and I can focus.

What do you mean by „little under-replaced” and what tweaks to you mean? By teaks do you mean supplements mentioned before?

Thank you again 🫶

Thankyou for percentages Tiggerme.

Your T3 conversion looks good. Encouraging.

Is your dose steady ? What is it?

How do you feel?

I’m on 75mcg but t for about 1.5 months I’ve been taking 50 on occasion because I thought I might be overactive ( sweaty, oily skin, palpitations, irritated). But again I feel tired, fatigued, I had few episodes of feeling extremely low but I have been diagnosed with ME/CFS so this could be it. As soon as I get poor night sleep or stressed, that’s how I feel .

Looks like supplements and bit more levo overall. Good luck.

High cortisol should reduce as you get levothyroxine dose increased

Retest again 2-3 months after next 25mcg dose increase

Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking

Do you always get same brand

What vitamin supplements are you taking

hi yes it’s shears the same brand Wockardt but recently I’ve been taking it at random times between midnight and 8am depending on my snacking in the evening. I prefer to take out before going to sleep but sometimes I get really hungry late at night so then I have to take Levo later when I wake up at 3, 4 so I think the fact that I’ve been not persistent with thinking maybe this has an affect of my levels. What are your thoughts on that?

I’ve taken a hat from any vitamins before my bloods so I’m just getting back on it. I’m taking B complex and D both in form on mouth spray.

Just in case it's relevant - note that some oral contraceptives result in elevated cortisol levels showing in test results. This is why the normal recommendation is to stop taking them 6 weeks before cortisol testing.

I can’t tolerate any so I’m not on a pill but good to know 👍
