Does anyone have any advice on how to heal my adrenal glands? I've done the genova saliva test which has come back with elevated levels of cortisol throughout the day.

how do you dose with this?how can you tell it is helping?

It depends on how high your cortisol levels were & if high then you need to find out why they are so high. Have you been on long term steroids? Another cause is a benign tumour on either your adrenal glands or in your pituitary gland.

A steroid nasal spray for a few weeks thats it and i hadn't used it for a couple of weeks prior to the test.
