Hi all, not sure if this paper has been posted here or not, but for anyone being urged to have RAI by their endo for Graves, please have a read of the abstract. I haven't read the full article, but I wish this had been available before I had RAI. academic.oup.com/jcem/artic...

I’ve been on carbimazole for 14 years now. It’s suited me and had no bad side effects. The doctors have asked me a few times about rai or surgery but I’ve always refused as I feel so well on the carbimazole.
