Her quote “Clapping for the NHS during the pandemic may have been dangerous”. Also warned that “no organisation can be a national religion and no organisation should be beyond constructive criticism”.
My thoughts exactly.

Sounds to me like both these people should be targeted with our complaints.
Whilst I agree that no organisation should be above criticism, my feelings are that we were clapping the workers for their hard work and dedication at that time.
It also seems that the NHS does not listen to criticism, no matter how constructive. The "clip board people" weald their power no matter what...
