Pill cutting

Hi could anyone tell me the best way to cut Armour pills in half . I had trouble doing it this am. It split into 3 pieces . Thankyou.

I use a pill cutter, bought one from Boots the chemist. Find very easy to use. Not expensive to buy. I cut my t3 in half with it then in half again. Hope this helps.

The best is to use your nails/fingers for Armour as it crumbles a lot, pill cutter or knife don't work with it well. Different story for Thybon T3, which is much harder.

Just snap it in half between your thumbs. It is fairly even. Then snap again if you need smaller pieces. It doesn't crumble at all doing this and is easy.

I’ve just started on Armour and got a scissor style pill cutter from Amazon. It seems to work well but I’ve only used it twice so far! It’s a bit fiddly as the pills are so small but so far so good.

Hi moljanie, when I was on Armour I got a bit sloppy with using a pill cutter as I felt so rubbish and used to just bite them in half with my teeth as they were so soft. Was desperate to cut corners any way possible to save energy! The silly things we do! 🤣
