Does anyone know why the guidelines are to contact pharmacist or GP, in relation to taking these together?? TIA

This is likely mostly defensive advice. If they tell you to get advice, it's not their fault if you don't and have issues.

Paramol is:

Paracetamol 500mg

Dihydrocodeine Tartrate 7.46mg

Lots of members take paracetamol. But few take Dihydrocodeine.
