Primary symptoms are chronic low grade infection, low body temp..97.7 ish...some swoony brain symptoms. Have followed the work of Dr. Ray Peat, may he RIP, and am looking for some fresh perspective. I am 70. I was told by Dr. K...from UK and US...20 years ago...that I have chronic Lyme. Thanks for reading! [edited by admin]

Stilstrng, 'am looking for some fresh perspective.'

It's not clear from your post what it is you are asking for fresh perspective on? Do you have a diagnosed thyroid condition? If so, are you on any medication for it?

I am wondering what products people are using to assist High TSH/low T3/low body temp. I was taking armour type from Thailand and armour in US, with not much change.

High TSH, low FT3/low body temp implies hypothyroidism, which requires replacement thyroid hormones to rectify. Most people take levothyroxine, and/or liothyronine. Some people do better on desiccated thyroid, such as Armour, Thyroid-s and Erfa.

If you post your up to date thyroid test results (i.e. TSH, FT4, FT3), and say what medications you're currently taking, members can offer their thoughts.
