It's not clear from your post what it is you are asking for fresh perspective on? Do you have a diagnosed thyroid condition? If so, are you on any medication for it?
I am wondering what products people are using to assist High TSH/low T3/low body temp. I was taking armour type from Thailand and armour in US, with not much change.
High TSH, low FT3/low body temp implies hypothyroidism, which requires replacement thyroid hormones to rectify. Most people take levothyroxine, and/or liothyronine. Some people do better on desiccated thyroid, such as Armour, Thyroid-s and Erfa.
If you post your up to date thyroid test results (i.e. TSH, FT4, FT3), and say what medications you're currently taking, members can offer their thoughts.
