Would people kindly let me know what times of the day they take their T3, what dosage they are on and how they arrived at that dose?
I would just like to know out of interest. I appreciate peoples requirements are totally different but I am just interested in what other people do as I'm having some issues. I take 30mcg at 4 am and I think it's causing no end of issue with my adrenals, cortisol and blood sugar levels.
Many thanks.

I take 2.5 at 7 am waking, 2.5 at noon and 5 at 11 /midnight pm bedtime.
I was told to do 5 in the morning and 5 at bedtime, but noticed in my symptom journal I was napping at about 2 pm every day.
I looked up how T3 peaks at 2 hours after taking it, so timed my second 2.5 for noon, and it did eliminate my need to pass out for a nap at 2 pm! I was (and still am) under-replaced and so my body didn’t have any reserves when I dipped in the afternoon. I’ve considered un-splitting but won’t do that any time soon.
I take 75 mcg all at once when I get up - whenever that is. I arrived at that dose by slowly titrating up until I got to over-dosing, and then took it down again. And, I knew I was over-doing by the faint tremour in my hands. But, any lower than that dose and the anxiety takes over! So, I pretty certain that is my dose - in the winter, anyway. Sometimes I need a bit less in the summer.
I take 100/125 of levo and 15 T3, at around 5am, I have an alarm. If I sleep through the alarm I’ll take it when I wake up and leave breakfast as long as I can.
I take all my T3 in one go because I know I’ll forget to take the second dose in the afternoon as often as I remember.
I started by reducing my levo to 100ug per day and adding 10ug T3 (after 2 weeks of 5ug). I wasn’t feeling the benefit when I tested after 6-8 weeks, and as my T4 levels were pretty low in range I upped the levo 25ug every other day. After another 6-8 weeks I spoke with Roseway and we upped to 15ug T3. I’ll be testing again next week, but all being good I’ll likely stay here.
I take 80mcg of T3 all in one go when I wake up in the morning.
Had a very long period of levo only, then levo with a small amount of T3, then decreasing levo and increasing T3 until I'd stopped levo all together.
I've also experimented with dosing twice a day (which is what I started with), moving to 3 times a day, back to twice a day, then finally once a day.
I'm also fully gluten-free, and have been for coming up 4 years now. Tried dairy free as well for a while, but didn't feel any effect, and as a vegetarian it felt too limited, so I gave that up.
Think I probably need a higher dose than 80mcg, but taking increases very very slowly.
It's seems like I'm the only one taking a substantial dose at 4am. I won't go into why I ended up doing this but I've never felt well with a very early am dose (despite trying multiple different doses at different times) and it's making things very confusing, I just want to come off it now and start a fresh with the T3 as at times I've seen some potential since re-starting T3 last July.
I'm GF free and Diary free. I've never noticed the difference but it seems like the right thing to do so I'm sticking with it for the time being.
I'm going to do a food intolerance test this week.
