Got my blood tests today, Hashimoto disease?

Tests back - Hashimoto disease?
Regarding antibodies:
Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) needs to be confirmed via positive TRab or TSI:
TRab
TSH receptor antibodies
TSI
Thyroid-Stimulating Immunoglobulin
TPO & TG antibodies may be Graves or Hashimotos.
TPOab
Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies
TGab
Thyroglobulin antibodies
As you have a goitre and raised TPOab, you are looking at Hashimotos. Although your TSH is just within range, your FT4 is under range. Hopefully this is enough to rally your GP to take action regarding thyroid medication. I would also be pushing to see a specialist regarding your goitre.
What course of action did you take regarding your low oxygen levels? Did you take screen shots of the machine to show your GP, as recommended by serenfach ?
Hi, yes i have little clips of my levels dropping. Thanks for the advice. I have felt ill since July - i have found the NHS have ignored my neck and keep looking at my Heart. Finally looks like i have found the diagnosis for them. Let hope they scan quickly but i jave no faith in their waiting lists.
Hi JC
Just been reading your last post 😱 have you had any help with low oxygen levels? As the others said it was very concerning.
As to Hashimoto’s
You have a goitre which they have yet to investigate
You are struggling to breathe
Your
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are over range
Free T4 UNDER range
Free T3 scrapping the barrel
TSH high in range
You are in desperate need of a formal diagnosis and treatment and any GP who cannot determine this with the addition of SYMPTOMS is not fit for purpose. You need an urgent appointment.
Please do not be fobbed off.
Could it be Thyroid Cancer or is it too early to tell without a scan?
You need a scan but if your oxygen levels drop, even if it is intermittent they need to see you urgently.
Don’t be patient, the responses on your last post 6 days ago are from very concerned people who know what it is like trying to get treatment. SlowDragon gives extremely good advice - I have been one of many beneficiaries.
Your ferritin is borderline deficient
This can cause breathlessness and lack of oxygen
You need full iron panel test for anaemia too
And coeliac test
Serum 25-OH Vitamin D (D2 +D3) - 89,
Serum vitamin B12 - 790,
TSH 4.25
Serum ferritin - 69
Serum folate - 17
Post 5 days ago ferritin results were very different
This was done in the hospital at mid day after food. Would that do it or am i just getting worse?
Also they were my NHS tests, the last FERRITIN was October when it was 69, they havent done it since. My posted results were all done yesterday.
