Above are my bloods since diagnosis and as you can see they are all over the place. I felt best on 100/75 Levo and 2 x 5 Lio but my endo has reduced this as my TSH was suppressed. When I say I felt best - I've never felt great, always poor sleep tired, hair and nails a mess and other thyroid symptoms so I'm looking for someone to save me, a private doctor who knows their stuff as I have been down some very expensive cul-de-sacs and just want to find a knowledgable practitioner, ideally a functional doctor who treats the whole of me and who isn't afraid of prescribing the right hormones. I'm feeling a mess, at the end of my tether with this disease, and would appreciate some direct messages with recommendations or otherwise for people on the Thyroid UK list of practitioners that you have found helpful.

Thanks for your reply SlowDragon. All vitamins levels good when last tested in September. I’m strictly gluten free but struggle to be dairy free though I did try for a while but noticed no difference. I won’t get an increase as endo has reduced by 12.5 daily (was 100/75 alternate days but not happy that TSH was suppressed so now on 75 daily. Also got told that suppressed TSH causes osteoporosis.
I’m in Scotland but endos on the TUK list are mostly online. I just don’t know where to turn now.
