Not totally paying attention as I wandered but my ears pricked up midway when she mentioned this weeks guest is also in the Hashimoto club.... I shall listen properly on my next wander

It’s Sarah Wilson who has Hashimoto’s.
I might of miss read you post but thought you said Liz Earle had Hashimoto’s… Liz has various podcasts on thyroid related issues at the end of this podcast she speaks of Lightning process for chronic fatigue.
Ah, sorry yes badly worded... referring to her guest speaker for this week... she has some very interesting people on covering a huge range (I've posted about here Thyroid and HRT ones in the past) and a personal interest as her daughter Lily suffers with mast cell activation syndrome and borderline Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which leads to overly flexible joints, a weak immune system and fragile skin.
Good company when walking... though trying not to fall on my face in the mud or into the canal means I need to revisit this one 🤗
Yes I’m a follower too and some very interesting stuff she covers…I listen when cooking mostly.
I too have hyper flexibility and muscular skeleton problems and regarding Histamine intolerance that’s questionable for me too I tick many boxes unfortunately, just to add to the other autoimmune disorders 🤦🏻♀️
I think Lily’s making good progress from what she posts. ☺️
Thank you! this is tomorrows commute sorted as I finished Gardeners Corner and GQT in a traffic jam today 😬
This was a good listen thank you. Very interesting the approach/mindset stuff. 💡🌱
