I’m 33, diagnosed hypo since 2018, on levothyroxine 75mg
Past year I’ve been feeling awful, exhausted, Aches and pains, rapid weight gain (+10kg )despite keeping the same diet/exercise regimen.
I have a history of an eating disorder so the weight gain is really getting to me and I notice I’m tending towards old disordered habits to try compensate.
I’m desperately looking for a solution. Can anyone spot anything ie vitamin wise not optimal in my bloods?
Thanks so much in advance!

What's wrong is that low FT3. It's right at the bottom of the range. It should be at least over mid-range. Your FT4, on the other hand, is at the top end, so adding more levo is not going to be the answer. You more than likely need T3 added to your levo because you're a poor converter.
But first, it would be a good idea to optimise your B12 and ferritin, which are both a bit low. That might help with your conversion or it might not. But, for the sake of your general health they do need to be optimal.
Hi greygoose , thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes I had a feeling that although t3 is technically in range, that it’s on the low end. Going to discuss adding t3 with my doc.
Will look up ways to bring up the b12 and ferritin! Thanks so much
