Anxiety and Thyroid

Morning my friends,I hope you are all OK.

I need help from you. I need the recommendation for a good Endo or nutricionist or any doctor that can look at me holistically to try and sort me out. I have been extremely unlucky with the NHS and private ones so far. I have tried 4 in the last 2 years.

I feel very isolated...and lost. I tried my very best to get looked at but they all just look at the TSH and little more.

My anxiety level has been unbereable for the last 2 months... my levo was reduced in May 23 by 25mcgrs and it is obviously not working for me. I am having my blood test done on the 25th of July by the NHS and I will follow all the good advise I learnt from SlowDragon .

I need a doctor willing to help me getting back to a reasonable health.

The books I read and all the info in this forum has help loads but it is hard to follow if the NHS doctor or the Private one for that matter do not have a holistic approach re supplements etc. I am overwhelmed.

Your help is very much appreciated. Please DM me with suggestions on Doctors. I don't mind where in the UK or internationally he/she is. I am really really touching rock bottom here so your kind help is very much appreciated.
