I'm a newbie here! Looking to try alternative medicine to improve thyroid particularly Hashimotos!

Again! I'm curious because I'm fed up with the lousy symptoms. Headaches, chronic fatigue,lack of energy! Just to name a few!

If anyone knows a good holistic doctor. Then that's perfect and looking forward to getting treatment! Please do recommend me one!

Open to anything that's helpful be it shamanic healing or whatever! I really don't care I just want to get better!

I want the best and happy to pay reasonable money for it.

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.

I would recommend you make a new post with your latest blood results to include ranges. People can then comment and make suggestions. Many hypo people are left under replaced by GPs.
