Mixing brands works for some people but for many it does not. However, to get the same brand consistently your GP needs to write the brand on the prescription (in the first line) or you need an accommodating pharmacist who will make a note on your record there. If the brand is written on the prescription (correctly) then the pharmacist can't dispense another brand.
The teva makes me feel unwell and exhausted.
In that case tell your GP and pharmacist and put in a Yellow Card Report.
You take 150mcg x 2 and 175mcg on day 3. If you don't deviate from that pattern then you can work out your daily average like this
Over 14 days you take
Day 1 + 2 - 150mcg = 300mcg
Day 3 - 175mcg
Day 4 + 5 - 150mcg = 300mcg
Day 6 - 175mcg
Day 7 + 8 - 150mcg = 300mcg
Day 9 - 175mcg
Day 10 + 11 - 150mcg = 300mcg
Day 12 - 175mcg
Day 13 + 14 - 150mcg = 300mcg
So over the 2 week period you are taking 2,200mcg, so 1,100mcg per week which averages 157mcg daily. You could say rather than have 50mcg Teva then if they can't get another brand of 50mcg then you will cut your 100mcg tablets in half.
I've never heard of Tivoli brand of Levo, are you sure that's correct or maybe it's a new one to the market.
