Hello ,

I just wondered what adoptigens are the best to balance cortisol levels please ? I have not tested cortisol levels but they r all over the place .i feel very tired in the morning and I can’t fall asleep in the evening .i go usually sleep at midnight and wake up at 5:30am and feel exhausted all day just no power for anything . My naturopath I was with couple years ago adviced me to use enhanced rhodhiola complex (pictures are above ). What else can I do naturally to balance adrenals . Should I make daily routine to go in bed at 9-10pm and try to sleep and don’t use my phone maybe read book or something ? I definitely need to change something in my routine . I quit smoking five days ago too went from cigarettes to vape . Trying to do excersises at home and quit alcohol. I don’t drink coffee just water . I also eat healthy. Please any tips and advice regards this ? P.s- I have started with half capsule of adrenal supplement 7am 1/2 capsule and 13pm another 1/2 capsule . I was adviced not to take it after 13pm as it could interfere with my sleep . Thank you so much for any feedback.

Yes definitely, that is something to "aim" for.

Pretty Please STOP vaping. To entertain your "mind" (when trying to reset your circadian rhythm when you are restless and can't drop off), you could read a book called "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" - in early 2004 I was headed toward my deathbed (diagnosed but untreated Ord's, macrocytic anaemia and menopause) - I decided I had to stop smoking (a 40year habit) but HOW ? (many failed attempts over the years) - anyway a friend I didn't know recommended the book. By about the second page I stopped smoking! (In my mind) It was a bizarre miracle :)

My own experience with various adaptogens (for me) showed the various ginseng tinctures were beneficial. My caveat (about ALL supplements and also "information") is to go to the "source" of the ingredients etc. because sadly, many Ginsengs are "impure". Up until age about 45, usually Red Panax Ginseng is helpful, 45+ Indian Ginseng (Ashwagandha) - regardless of age there is also Siberian Ginseng (a "cousin" of the others.)

What adrenal support capsule have you started taking?

You are changing a lot of things at the same time - my "advice" would be to start every day with a short breathing exercise and then spend (at least some minutes) in a "mindful" state. You could pretend you are actually sitting just behind your neck and are observing the conversations your mind is having. Then at the end of the day I would have a glass of quality organic Red and a spliff made from equally good quality products! :)

thank u so much for your feedback . I desperately want to stop smoking absolutely I stopped cigarettes 25 years addiction . Went to vape now but I know it’s not good too so want to pack all up . I was addictive to weed too last year after mom died and domestic violence but managed to quit for good since last novermber so won’t be touching it again . Talking about red wine and alcohol again don’t want to touch alcohol and be clean . I will definitely read more books I already read books . Sleep is something I need to work on so my adrenals start to recover . I want to be totally free from any sort of addictions and change myself . Baby steps as we say yes … it’s just mind set . I took yesterday half capsule of adoptigen and today I feel more worse dizzy shaking like hangover so I am stopping them and instead I have made research to try adrenal coctail :)
