Milk and thyroxine absorption

How long do I need to wait until I have breakfast cereal with milk after thyroxine medication. Is it 4 hours? I usually have porridge with quite a bit of milk. Or is it better to have something without milk for breakfast?

I am currently struggling with what seems like absorption problems.

Also, I have a probiotic yogurt regularly in the day. Do some studies suggest this can affect absorption?

Could you take your levo at night? Then you can have your porridge right away. Some folks think that taking at night improves absorption. Also splitting your daily dose into 2 smaller doses can help some folks.

Thank you for your help and advice. I will trial nighttime to see if this works first.

You can take it at night although I take my levo five minutes before porridge with no problem.
