Help with test results

Hi everyone. I'd like some help interpreting these test results. My symptoms are very very low energy, poor concentration, frequently getting sick, really sensitive to cold, and thinning hair/eyebrows. Thanks a lot.

Presumably you are not diagnosed and on levothyroxine?

Was test done early morning ideally 9am latest

If taking levothyroxine, last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Have you had vitamin D, folate, B12 and full iron panel test including ferritin tested via GP or privately

I am undiagnosed and unmedicated.

Took the test at 8:30 am.

I haven't been tested for those factors. I'll get that done.

Low iron and ferritin in particular can result in significant fatigue and hair loss

These thyroid levels look fine at the moment.
