I wondered if anyone els with a hypothyroid problem gets regular sinusitus problems.
I’m finding the frequency and intensity quite debilitating and the doctor keeps giving me antibiotics which worries me. It often takes quite a while to get rid of.
I have read that this could be because my dosage isn’t accurate and this could be true as last year the doctor reduced my dosage as he said I was slightly hyper.
I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and what you did.
Thank you

Sinus problems can often be due to dairy sensitivity. Have you tried removing that from your diet?
Years ago I had many sinus issues. Ended up having an operation to widen the spaces there called functional sinus surgery which worked a treat but I still needed to eliminate dairy from my diet.
What were your latest blood results and key vitamin levels- ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?
Like you I have sinus etc troubles and hypothyroid but haven't linked the two. In my case it can't be dairy related because I've been vegan for decades (since long before it was considered acceptable!!)
