Information needed for NHS Endocrinologist with regards to prescribing T3

Can anyone help with the links for T3 prescribing for the Derby/ Nottingham/ Birmingham area please. I am trying to help my Daughter get a trial of T3 and have some links, but need some more information for her to take to her NHS Endocrinologist. I have already put a post on with regards to this. She has just taken the DIO2 test, and is Homozygous the same result as me. She also has Hashimoto's the same as me. She is already under an NHS Endocrinologist, but is worried about not being listened to. She will be asking for a second opinion and to be referred to another NHS Endocrinologist if she isn't listened to
