How interesting, I definitely have lung Yang deficiency I am breathless just walking in the street I think it's due to my low ferritin & red blood count.

This is really interesting, I've not done my qigong practice for ages, and I definately relate to the heart deficiency. Must get going with it again! I always found acupuncture helpful but haven't been since I started Levo.

I do find Chinese medicine very interesting and have been having acupuncture on and off over the past couple of years which has certainly helped me in lots of ways.
