can i take hair supplement at the same time as metive 2, as i have difficulty swallowing i put the metivie2 in a small cup with squash and let it soak until the capsule has dissolved, i dont eat for 1/2 hr to an hour, i want to take hairflunce supplement to help with hair loss, hair growth. can i take them all together.

Personally I wouldn't. Any thyroid medication or thyroid glandular is best taken a couple of hours away from any other medication or supplement so that nothing affects it's absorption.

Normal advice for thyroid medication is to take one hour before food or two hours after, with water only and water only for an hour either side, just to ensure nothing affects absorption.
