Hi. anyone doing the Wahls protocol or a version of it? I have Hashimoto, Osteoporosis and RLS...I would have to really change some things that have never been a problem for me as far as I know like dairy, so wanted to hear some opinions from you lovely people

Many, many Hashimoto’s members find strictly gluten free and dairy free diet beneficial

only want to change one thing at a time or you can’t tell what’s helping

What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results

Getting thyroid and vitamins optimal is probably first step

Then trialing cutting certain foods out

Get tested for coeliac before cutting gluten
