How do I leave this group?

Had a good look around health unlocked but can't find how to do it!

Look at the top right hand side of this page and you will see a white box with a blue tick (next to box that says WRITE) - this signifies that you are a follower of this group. Click on it to "unfollow".

why would you want to leave? Please don’t do it because you are better already - it often doesn’t last. I was fine on t4 for over 15 years but then I started till feel rubbish again. It took me a couple of goes to find a private endo who knew what he was doing. Now I’m just on t3 and doing well. But, as I think many of us know, it doesn’t always last.

So don’t scuttle your rowing boat just because you’ve found an island. Maybe it’s got cannibals!
