I paid for a private test with Thriva and unfortunately can't find the reference ranges although everything looks 'normal'.
I'm post menopausal, just started on HRT 2 months ago - already feeling benefit but a long way to go and I also self inject with B12 for deficiency that GP refused to treat (despite very low levels, crushing fatigue and many neurological symptoms).
I know that it could take many months for the B12 to take effect and reverse the damage and I know that the HRT can also take several months to fully kick in, but I decided to get my thyroid tested just in case as although I have seen some improvement, I'm still up and down.
Active B12 150
Ferratin 112
Vit D 92
TSH 2.61
FT4 21.9
FT3 5.1
TPOAb 9.6
T4 140
TgAB 12.7
Every previous TSH level has been <1 - so this is highest it's been but should I be concerned here?
Many thanks
