Spreadsheet for test results

I've had so many tests done since I was diagnosed with hashimoto's last December, and I would like to collate them all into an excel sheet for my next specialist appointment... has anyone created one they could share that includes full thyroid panel, vitamins etc and the lab ranges?

I don't have a spreadsheet, but I did recently plot all my TSH, T4 and T3 readings from the last 3 years on a line graph. It showed a really interesting pattern of decline. I'm not diagnosed with anything. Maybe in few years ... I'll keep plotting my results.

Yes, that's what you need to show a specialist, you obviously suspect something or wouldn't keep testing. When I lived in the UK I asked my GP for years to do further tests (if I'd found this group back then I'd have done them myself) but she always blamed stress, menopause, depression etc etc, it was only when I came to Greece that the doctor took me seriously. Not that I've found a decent endocrinologist... 😕

Thanks, I did a quick search before posting, but didn't find exactly what I was looking for... it's the sort of thing I could have easily done before I got sick, now between the brain fog and the wrist pain it just feels too much! But I will find a way as I really need to track how I'm doing symptoms-wise as I adjust my dose so I have ammunition for any doctors or endos that I see in the future.

Dates down the first column, starting one down, titles for results for TSH, T4, T3 and any others you may want across the first row. Fill in with the results you have. Keep saving it as you go and take a break when the numbers start going silly.

You can then do any chart you like with just TSH across time, or T4 for example. To do non-contiguous rows or columns, (ones not next to each other), highlight the first bits you want, hold down CTRL and highlight the second lot.

Insert (top row menu), chart and then have a play with the results to choose bar or line or whatever looks better.

PM me if you get stuck. Hug.
