I have been given 25 Teva Levothyroxine after endo has upped my dose from 100 daily to 100/125 alternate days. So I will take Accord 100 daily and a 25 Teva tablet every other day.
I was warned about being given different brands on my very first post and I read the links - so now I am worried if I should take them - I already feel rough as it is - I dont want to feel worse. Will the side effects be noticeable very quickly if I start taking them? Im wondering if I should just chop up one of my 100 accord tablets instead?!
Any advice?

There's no saying you will get an adverse reaction to Teva, some members find Teva brand the best brand for them. You could try it and see. Other than that, if you tell your GP that you prefer to stick to the same brand as you know that it suits you then ask for some 50mcg Accord tablets and cut in half to give you the 25mcg extra you need on alternate days, or cut into quarters and take 112.5 every day. Or you could cut your 100mcg Accord and take 1/4 extra on alternate days.
I split Accord 50 to give me 75 a day. Sometimes I end up with an uneven halving but it doesn’t matter as I take the “big” half one day and the remainder the next. Prefer that to changing or mixing brands.
