Pins and needles in my feet, why?

My correct dosage(125 mcg levothyroxin and some t3) where I feel good has an inconvenience, I feel pins and needles in my legs. If I lower the dose, my pain goes away but I get slightly hypo. How can I fix that?

Do you have thyroid blood tests to share admin?

Are your key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and Vit D) levels optimal? I have pins and needles if my B vitamins are low; a good B Complex helps (I use Thorne Basic B).

I had pins and needles in my legs before I started supplementing with Magnesium. I am taking Magnesium Glycinate now and I don't have pins and needles any more.

I understand that but why if I lower the dose my pain goes away?
