Advice re blood test

I am having a thyroid blood test Tuesday 19 th July managed to get it for 8.30 am

I am on T 3 only also vit D3, B vits, vit C

Ashwaghna ( spelling)

What do I do? Do I stop anything at all? If so how long before test.

T3 - the day before the test split into 2 or 3 doses and take the last dose 8-12 hours before the test

B vits - if it's a B Complex or Biotin (B7) stop this 3-7 days before the test. If it's high dose biotin as in hair/nail supplement, eg 5mg or 10mg, then it's 7 days, if a small amount in a B Complex such as 400mcg then 3 days should be enough.

Anything else you can continue although take after the test on the day

I am taking magnesium taurate as well vit C vit D (these for thyroid as well as P-Afib )Aswaghana should I stop these?

I take T3 once daily - first thing when I awake. When having a blood test I don't take T3 till afterwards and always have the earliest blood draw. I have never had any queries from GP.
