Migraine is common hypothyroid symptom
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results
ALWAYS test thyroid levels early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested
plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto’s or Ord’s thyroiditis) usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies
20% of autoimmune thyroid patients never have high thyroid antibodies and ultrasound scan of thyroid can get diagnosis
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Do you have a diagnosis of a thyroid condition? You were asked this question a few times when you first posted on the forum 4 years ago but you never answered.
This is a patient to patient forum for members with thyroid disease. If you have a diagnosed thyroid conditon then your migraines may be connected to that.
There are no medical professionals here, and for true migraine I wouldn't expect supplements to be enough, it probably needs a prescription medication so you should discuss with your GP.
