NHS Endocrinologist

I live in the South East (West Kent) and am looking for an NHS Endo who will prescribe T3. Please could you PM me with someone you have seen on the NHS who has prescribed T3 and who is able to 'think outside the box'; someone who isn't numbers led.

I already know of a doctor in Winchester but wondered if there was anyone closer.

Thank you very much.

As it is not permitted for individual doctors to be discussed on the forum, I will turn off replies. Members who have a recommendation for an endocrinologist in west Kent may then send you a private message.

With any recommendation that you get, it is advisable to complete further research yourself before making a decision.

You can send for the list of thyroid friendly endos - NHS and private - from ThyroidUK. Email:

tukadmin@thyroiduk.org

You can see who it may be possible to travel to then ask on the forum for feedback on them. You can name a doctor when asking for feedback but replies have to be by private message.
