Totally random, but has anyone experienced rapid (almost explosive!) growth of a wisdom tooth after getting a dose increase of levo? I know getting everything to an optimal level has caused hair growth etc for lots of people, could this be similar? I'm 29 so pretty old for wisdom teeth coming through.
Finally got a doctor to listen to me rather than just read the results on the screen. TSH was "in range" but I've felt awful for a year now. Got moved from 75mcg to 100mcg and within a month I've become a new person!
The only thing now is my top left wisdom tooth erupting into my mouth and leaving me unable to speak and looking like I've been punched in the jaw!

😬wish I had teeth appearing! Mine seem to be falling out 😂. To be fair I am 57! I do however remember getting a wisdom tooth coming through in my early 30s. So it could just be a coincidence 🤷♀️
My lower wisdoms were very late developing at all (about age 40 or so, if I am remembering right!)
My then dentist said she didn't think there was any issue - until she did a panoramic. Both were severely impacted and removed in hospital.
My uppers were also not erupting. Since then, which has included being diagnosed hypothyroid and getting treated, I have have regular murmurings form them. I keep expecting them to get worse - but then they settle back. Maybe they are progressing incredibly slowly? But possibly they just push a bit and drop back?
I do wonder if hypothyroidism was a factor in non-eruption of all four. And whether levothyroxine has had an effect. But for me, that effect must be marginal.
I'm 44 - Both of my lower ones started growing very slowly a few years ago and recently one side grew in completely over a few months time. I had quite a bit of pain on & off. I had it removed about a month ago. The other side is still going very slowly. the dental surgeon said it won't grown anymore but i don't see why not, since the other one just did! Uppers are still inside and don't seem like they're going anywhere.
Only change for me was starting B12 injections 6 years ago. I've been on levo much longer. Maybe it was the b12, or just pure coincidence.
