I see you are in the USA so I'd suggest you look to the Elaine Moore Graves Disease Foundation website :
I found Elaine's website the most well rounded of all that I researched and know she has a section within and offers information of alternative and more holistic options to treating this poorly understood and badly treated auto immune disease.
I believe I remember reading of milk thistle and lemon balm, but would need to go back in which I' d then need to repost to send to you.
Elaine's website is based in the USA and she also has an open forum much this where you can ask questions of the community. You might also find links to fellow Graves sufferers within your area / time zone who maybe able to help you with more local knowledge of recommended specialist in Graves Disease.
