Thanks all for your help today. I think I am clearer about my way forward on this my new journey to a more optimal health and future.

I have summarised my learnings below. Please double click to see the full picture. I am going to do my best to implement it. It gives me loads of strength knowing that I am not alone on this and that even though it is all a trial and error, there is plenty of research and experience being shared that I find priceless - Wish me luck!!

Also do full iron panel test to check iron and ferritin levels 3-4 times a year if taking iron supplements

Testing iron levels. Stop iron supplements a week before test. Don’t eat high iron meal night before test and it’s a fasting test .

Also stop vitamin B complex a week before all tests as contains biotin and biotin can falsely affect test results.
