Has anyone got any advice. I am on 200 mcg of levothyroxine a day. I have major problems with incontinence and I am not absorbing my endocrinologist wants to me to increase to 250 mcg a day. Any advice.

In some countries, even 300 microgram tablets are available as a standard product. If there is a factor to explain the need for a high dose, there is no reason to avoid.
However, I would be concerned that if your absorption is variable, from one day to the next, you could end up on a bit of a roller coaster - effectively getting too much one day and not enough the next.
I'd like to think your doctor has considered prescribing levothyroxine oral solution which might itself be considerably better absorbed.

Do you take levothyroxine waking or bedtime or middle of night?
Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking
Many people find different brands are not interchangeable
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Your endocrinologist could trial,liquid levothyroxine as this is often better absorbed
When were vitamin D, folate and ferritin levels last tested
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Always test thyroid levels early morning ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
