Hello and Welcome. Yes it is all 'a bit much' isn't it ....(especially if your brain is wading through treacle half the time)

After i joined, i was just reading posts , and then reading the 'Related Posts' for a few months before i wrote or asked anything... that helped me slowly understand what was what , and gave me confidence that i trusted the people and the information/ advice was safe and accurate, and if not , it was soon corrected /challenged.

Do you have any recent blood tests? If you do post them and their ranges on the forum and others will guide you.
