I'm waiting on my thyroid blood results tomorrow from GP only ones were waiting on is antibodies it's been two weeks now , but last test my tpoab were 29.8 within normal range I'm curious could this be the start of hashimotos

If the top of the range is 30, as it very often is, then I would say yes, you do have Hashi's.
