Admin don't have the list, it comes from the ThyroidUK office, and attachments can't be added to PMs so it wouldn't be possible to send it that way.
What address are you using?
Copy and paste what I have put below, I have just tested this and it hasn't bounced back and Admin haven't been advised of any change of email address for TUK:
tukadmin@thyroiduk.org
