How do i stay logged in on this site please, as it is getting harder to sign in with my eye sight and i have to keep making up new passwords with eyes that are watering so badly. Thank you - keep well everyone and virus free.

What do you use to access the site?

A computer? (Windows or MacOS) A tablet? A phone? (Android or IOS/IpadOS)

If you use a phone, do you use the HealthUnlocked app? Or a browser?

I virtually never have to login - months between logins. But I could not find any setting for it in Settings or my profile!

Hi there Helvella and thank you for the quick reply. I am usually always logged in but occasionally i get locked out and have to re-think a new password as i do with my online shopping - i use a computer and i just wondered if i could stay logged in all the time - i have seen on here somewhere where it says to stay logged in - but like you i cannot find it anywhere. Thank you and i hope you are keeping well and virus free.

I can honestly say I can't remember when last I logged in - at least several months.

And I don't have to change my password.

Same as Helvella here.

I never log out myself, I stay permanently logged in.

Very occasionally there is a glitch and one gets logged out. I just log back in and have never had to change my password.

Hi there - thank you for the reply - the same thing happens with my online shopping - i think it is the stress that i have at the moment with my housing people - i have for the last nearly five years been on assisted rubbish clearance from outside my front door which is in a block of flats as i am disabled and have to use crutches to walk with - i am now told that i have to take my rubbish over to the bin sheds which means trying to get through very heavy doors - taking my rubbish and house keys as well as trying to walk with crutches - they will not let me have a mobility scooter even though it would be kept in my flat - they said if i did get one it would have to be left in the car park - where i know it would get stolen or they will get rid of it - i am sorry - i know i should not bother you with this but i do not have anyone else to talk to and i feel like ending it all as i have had enough of my gp ignoring me as i have not seen nor heard from the surgery for the last five months and i am in so much pain - just like every one we are all suffering at the hand of our so called gp's - sorry for the long reply - do take care and stay virus free - god bless.
