Autoimmune Itchy flare ups

Hope everyone is well?

Whilst working to stabilise my hashis condition I’ve added in HRT and feeling better for that, ignoring Endo advice and listening to female GP and how I feel, and currently 75mcg Levo is best - any more even alternate days I can go hyper!

I have a huge amount of stress in my life from work demands and family health concerns (as we all do from time to time), I always knew I would end up with a secondary autoimmune and it seems to be an itchy eczema type rash, and I mean really itchy for a good few weeks I apply cream and steroid cream from the GP and in a few weeks it will settle - although it’s coming more often. It was on my right side mid abdomen first time round, now it’s on my mid spine - the itch is so intense I cannot not itch! Which develops into a bumpy rash!

I wondered if anyone else suffers with similar and whether you have any recommendations?

For me I believe it’s autoimmune coupled with stress triggers?

To me that signals that your still not on the right dose for you. When I experience those symptoms I know it's time to reevaluate my dose. It's an awful feeling. Best wishes.
