An incidental finding means that they weren't expecting to find an adenoma, they were looking for something else - but it doesn't say what. But they found an adenoma anyway, basically by accident.

I think (but please be aware that I'm guessing and I have no medical training), that they are assuming the adenoma is benign and doesn't secrete anything, and they will check the adenoma again in 6 months with a CT scan, presumably to see if its growing.

But if you develop hypertension (very high blood pressure) or hypokalemia (very low potassium) then they will have to do further tests or bring the tests forward perhaps?

The "hypersecretory" tests they've listed will presumably be done at some point (but I'm not clear when), and sooner rather than later if the adenoma turns out to be secreting something and is affecting your blood pressure or your potassium level.
