How often do you vary your T3 dose?

Sorry, second question today but it’s come out of another chat and if I don’t ask now I’ll forget!

Do you vary your T3 at all and if so how often and why?

My levels seem to shift quite a lot on a monthly basis (due to drop in progesterone level) and I’m trying to figure out what to do about it.

I can be completely for 2/3 weeks and awful and under medicated for the next one. I’m wondering about hormone replacement of some sort but then it occurred to me maybe I can increase my T3 for a few days. Don’t know if that would work if the progesterone isn’t there to help use it.

Anyway, just a thought!

Thanks. I'm aware of this.

Personally I've stepped away from Paul Robinsons advice. I was a fan of his writing but sadly he's not a particularly nice person when you join his facebook group.

The "fame" has somewhat gone to his head I think.

The advice contained in his books is on the whole very good though.

I take one daily dose when I awake and have done so now for a long time.

My dose isn't high but I reduced it slightly - going by how I feel but am well, energetic and feel my body's action is now 'normal'.

I follow Dr John Lowe's advice and it's a pity he died a few years ago due to a fall.
