Elevated CRP & Hashimotos

Can anyone help me understand these articles better please?

I have an elevated CRP it’s been tested again today and am swollen all over and felt pretty rotten for a while now. I have a normal ESR. So from what I can make out I think an elevated CRP could point towards a viral infection rather than autoimmune?

Is there any correlation between hashimotos and having an elevated CRP? Could I be having a hashi attack? Or could this be another autoimmune disease active atm causing this? Would help if I could understand this more or if I’m likely to be referred back to rheumatology again. Thanks

Still trying to get access to that info. Am speaking to my GP Monday so know he will tell me. It’s never usually this hard to get my blood results
