Plea for tips for thyroid pain?

Hi all,

Currently suffering with what I think is an autoimmune flair given the pain and swelling I’m experiencing in the front of my neck. Really struggling to find anything effective for the pain - paracetamol, ibuprofen and CBD aren’t cutting it. The warmth from a cup of tea takes the edge off slightly. But it’s really starting to affect my sleep this week and the more tired I get, the more desperate for a solution I become!

So a plea from me for any tips to relieve the pain, or indeed curb the flair up to prevent it! Any suggestions whatsoever gratefully received!

You are welcome. I get pain sometimes and loss of voice.
