I want to unsubscribe completely. Not a question, a demand.

I always find "demanding" things a bit unfriendly. I've no idea what anyone has done to make you feel like this but if you want to "unfollow" the thyroid forum then just go to the top of the page and there is a blue tick in a box next to the blue box that says WRITE. Click to "untick" and that means you no longer follow this forum.

If you want to leave HealthUnlocked altogether and close your account then the following applies:

For desktop users:

1. Click on your profile picture on the top menu and select "Settings". Alternatively, click here to access your Account settings

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "I want to close my account" button

3. Confirm this by selecting the "Close my account" button

For mobile users:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of your screen. This should cause a menu to appear

2. Select "Settings"; this will take you to your account settings

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "I wish to close my account" button

4. Select the "Close my account" button

Goodness, that's blunt considering you have neither written any posts nor received any responses from members that could have caused this.

We don't tend to demand things here but I see that, in the generous spirit of this forum. SeasideSusie has very kindly given you the information you need to move away.
