Fluid retention in hands/feet?

I had a baby 5 months ago, and towards the end of my pregnancy my hands and feet swelled a bit - presumably fluid retention... however, since then they haven't gone down and I'm beginning to wonder if my thyroid/vitamin levels are related at all...most of my shoes don't fit and my wedding ring is too tight to wear.

I have gained some weight, but I have been this weight before and not had problems with rings/shoes.

My folate is quite low and I think my iron could do with improving...my thyroid levels are good at the moment.

If anyone can advise it would be helpful... before I go and replace my whole shoe collection and get my ring made bigger!!

My latest results are here, for reference: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Thank you radd 🤗 I have had a couple of responses to my other post but not this one as yet...maybe my fluid retention isn't thyroid related!? 🤷
