I need to get my key nutrients tested again. Any recommendations on the best company to contact for this?

I have used Blue Horizons before - for thyroid test including nutrients. Just wondering if there is an organisation that specialises in the nutrients (and hopefully doesn't cost too much!)

The cheapest way is the full thyroid/vitamin panel it always works out cheaper than doing just vitamins.

All the popular testing companies tend to use the same lab to process the tests.

Usually Medichecks is the cheapest. Check on a Thursday as they have a thyroid related test on offer every Thursday and quite often the Advanced Thyroid Function test comes up, that is the one which includes the key nutrients too.

However, do the fingerprick test carefully, fill the vial to the line or slightly over, don't squeeze your finger as it damages the blood and can haemolyse and that means some tests might fail. If Folate test fails Medichecks will not send out a second kit free of charge, they will only refund £8. There is the option to arrange venous blood draw at extra cost.

Ok many thanks- I will have a look on Thursday (and will stop taking the vitamin B complex from today so that the reading is accurate).
