Hormones and T3 - anyone???

I think I’ve posted along these lines before - I need to look back.

I’m really struggling with progesterone levels and T3. More specifically, my T3 dose has been stable for months and months, but the way I’m feeling changes dramatically depending on my progesterone supplementation.

I’ll post bloods below but a couple of months back I doubled my pg dose and felt well right through my cycle. Last month, I reduced it to one dose again and my T3 went over range and I feel like I’m not taking enough for the first two weeks of my cycle.

I fully intend to try to get a referral from the gp for my local hormone clinic (and I hear it’s good) but I was interested to hear peoples thoughts on here so I’m fully prepped first. I was slightly concerned to see that the progesterone levels on my bloods are over range even at the point in my cycle when they should be lowest, but maybe this is to be expected while using the cream. What I do know is I cannot not use it, it’s like taking no thyroid replacement at all.

Am I in a complete muddle?? Worried I’ve caused myself problems but don’t see what else I can do.

For anyone who responded to my previous post about breathlessness, rbis is now improving on a lowered dose, so thank you. Now just to sort out the fluctuations.

Not sure I can offer much help but I am also having severe hormone problems. I've just started reading 'what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause' by Dr John Lee.... Very interesting!

Ooh, I think I have this in my kindle. Good reminder! Yep, it’s a total pain, it’s making my symptoms go up and down yet my bloods seem ok and I’ve been taking the same dose for ages.

I reduced a bit a few weeks back as my FT3 was over range but now I feel too low and rubbish. Have increased by 2.5mcg (not easy!) and we’ll see but really need to speak to a professional as I’m getting nowhere.
