Can anyone recommend a functional dr/naturopath/ayurveda dr that has helped reduce overall inflammation/shrunk a goiter in the throat?

It would be great to hear from people who have seen the results from the treatment as it's so difficult choosing the right person to work with - they are expensive as well so I thought it would be best to research well before going ahead.
