Odd blood test results

Hi all, not posted for a while but been reading with interest. I've just started to emerge from an eight month period of very bad health - barely able to look after myself. In December I had a phone consult with my GP and asked them to check my blood glucose because I was concerned about thirst and knowing my weight can't help as regards developing diabetes. The GP did a range of tests and to cut the story shorter, it came back with mild low neutrophils and raised haematocrit. I had bloods done again in February as part of my annual check and this showed that neutrophils had reduced some more (1.4 - 2.0 -7.0), total white count just below normal and haematocrit a tiny bit higher. I had a phone call with the GP about these results yesterday, because I had assumed they would be recalling me to check again. He said my bloods have been like this since 2016 and seemed unconcerned. Without any real explanation of why this is unconcerning, I still feel a bit niggly about it. Just to say also, I have been getting small pustules on my inner arms and legs that look like bruising as they heal and have begun to have widespread itching and regular headache. Has anyone else experienced this, or can anyone comment? Thanks :)
